Import MP4 To Premire Pro CS3

Using Screencast-omatic - saves only as MP4 and will not import into Premiere. How can I import MP4's into Premier?

The problem may be that CS3 doesn't support MP4. You may need to convert it first. Freemake Video Converter will convert MP4 to almost any format.Freemake | Best Freeware Alternatives To Paid Video Software. Make sure you do a custom install and uncheck the toolbar it tries to install.
