No Video Streaming Sites EXCEPT YouTube Will Work

The problem started maybe a week after I installed Windows. All video streaming sites (including Hulu, Netflix, Crunchyroll and Blip) are streaming so slow that they're unusable. I tried watching a half hour show but two hours later I only got through 2/3 of it. Sometimes the ads will play perfectly but then the video will be extremely slow.

Youtube videos are working almost perfectly. However, there are a lot of instances where the video will just stop and will not play any further unless I refresh. And this problem seems to have passed, but for a while when I try to skip forward in the video, the progress bar makes it look like the video is finished.

Occasionally the videos on the other sites will play fine if I play it very soon after startup but will deteriorate until the sites are unusable again.

Update: I forgot to mention, I know it's not a problem with my browser because I get the exact same problem with Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. Also, it's not a problem with my network because the sties all work perfectly on my other computer. Lastly, I've discovered that videos on escapistmagazine.com seem to work just fine.

    Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
What browser are you using and have you tried other browsers to test with ?
I believe Netflix uses Silverlight for it's steaming,
    Switch to Software rendering,

Use the (Do I have Java) listing on this page,
    java.com: Java + You
See this for flash player troubleshooting,

    Check your Silverlight version here,

I've checked all the links you gave me and none of them are the problem. I've got Flash, Silverlight and Java all installed and up to date.
