Embedded videos crash internet on my Windows 7 32-bit

Forgive me if this has been brought up before, but I haven't been able to find a similar situation yet. I'll start by saying I use an iMac but for gaming purposes I've set up a small Bootcamp partition with Windows 7 32-bit. That being said whenever I use my Snow Leopard on the iMac I never have issues playing any videos whether they be Youtube or embedded videos on Facebook. However, on my Windows 7 if my screen even scrolls over an embedded video quickly it will cause the tab to close after a window pops up saying "Windows 7 encountered an unexpected error", strangely though I have no problems playing videos on Youtube but if the video is on any website other than Youtube the entire tab I'm on closes down. To make it clear this is not a recent issue, for as long as I've had my Bootcamp this has been a consistent problem all the way back to four years ago when I had Windows Vista. I've never looked hard for a solution until now because as I said I don't really use the internet on the Windows side of my computer.
