    Lag when watching HD videos

It just started to do this after i installed windows 7, in vista they were silky smooth

Ok for some reason videos in HD will lag out randomly like crazy when I watch them, the weird part is that only about 50-70 % of my dual core processors are being used. I can watch about 10-15 minutes then it starts lagging for about 5 mins then it goes back to normal. Its so random and its not even using up 100% of my processors. What should I do?

Check the cpu usage in the rainmeter tool. Help!

Heres my specs idk if it will help

Run Windows Media Home Cinema. Visit guru3d.com to get it and how to configure.

It uses hardware acceleration, which means video card gpu does the work. No system lag.
