    Try VLC media player, but the best way would be to pay for Cyberlink.

    MPC-HC can play blu-ray but some conditions need to be followed.

    1st of all, the official release cannot play a blu-ray disk.
    You need to use one of the latest SVN builds avalable HERE.

    Also, you need to use software such as AnyDVD to decrypt the copy protection.
    Then be sure the Internal Source Filter, MPEG PS/TS/PVA is enabled.

    Lastly, it will only play the main movie, there will not be any access to menu's or extra features.
