WIn Movie Maker Essentiall 2012 1.4.3528.0331

Downloaded and installed Movie maker with Essentialls 2012. Had to reboot and type in Movie Maker in search line as it was not added to desktop or prgms list. All tutorials I can find don't seem to match current package. Any tutorials available for current release?

    Try a reinstall.

But allow it to make a desktop shortcut.

    Hi,
Movie maker wouldn't make a desktop shortcut no matter how many times you downloaded it,

If you download Windows essential 2012 then all of the features are in a windows essentials folder or Windows Live folder,
    Click Start and All Programs,
The folder your looking for is usually on the very bottom of the list of programs,
Open it simply by clicking on it,
All of the added features Movie maker included will now be listed,
Right click Movie maker and click on Send to/ Desktop (create shortcut) Done,
    Cheers.
