Yellow up arrow on all movies files all of a sudden?- See screenshot

As of today all my movie clips avi, mp4, wmv, mpg all have this icon in lower right hand corner. I've been using Divx for years just don't know what it means.

Weird I tried to uninstall Divx and it wouldn't let me and just click uninstall and nothing happens so rebooted ran a scan disk and no yellow arrow icon on the file but replaced back to the original play button icon so guess just a funky windows thing and a reboot solved it. Case closed.
