Online video viewer hijacked by Adobe Flash Player.

I am no longer able to view videos online unless I download and use Adobe Flash Player. How do I get my windows back to the default online video player?


I've gone into the default programs tool in control panel but was unable to fix this problem.

I am not sure but assume the default would have been Windows Video viewier (??)
