Windows Media Player, VLC, Etc. won't open or play DVD's

So Windows Media Player, VLC, Quicktime will not open or play. I cannot get Videos, pictures, or any other type of media to play in any of them. I can view videos on Youtube and such, but nothing internal.

Solutions I've tried with no success:
    Find & Fix
    CMD S/scannow
    Microsoft Fixit
    Clearing all settings on WMP

    I'm at a loss...any help?

    Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
Your showing in your system spec's "ASC 7 Ultimate" in the Antivirus section is that a simple mistake or a new fangled antivirus program :/
    Use Clean boot,
    https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/179159-troubleshoot-application-conflicts-performing-clean-startup.html
Click Start and type in the search box,
    msconfig
Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,
    Repeat the screen shots,
See the links above my signature on how to take and upload screen shots here,
    Cheers.

Advanced System Care 8 Ultimate - http:/iobit.com/advanced-systemcare-antivirus is an Iobit product, that is an Antivirus + System Optimizer, Defragger, Malware Scanner, etc. More or less a fix all.

Attached are my MSCONFIG screenshots, all enabled ones are pictured, the rest are disabled for performance.
