Youtube videos and Webm, etc don't play

I have no clue why this has happened or a possible fix for it. Yes I am using html5 for youtube now, and yes it's still not playing. Just infinite loading. Help is appreciated.

    When did this start?

    Have you tried another browser?

    Install Adobe Flash Player?

It started probably a few days ago. It's across all browsers. I did a clean uninstall, reinstalled, etc already.

Mind running a few security scans while waiting for others to comment?

    Disable all
Then chack all other browsers you have installed for the same add-ons and disable them there too,
Disable private browsing is a weird one
Yes script is also a weird one/ lights out....
