OneDrive - Sorting media by date taken

Hi all. On the OneDrive website, I've logged in and uploaded a bunch of photos and videos from my old phone. Well actually, I'd already transferred all the photos and videos to my laptop and then uploaded from the laptop to OneDrive.

What I'm wondering is, is there a way to create my own personalised folder but still have all the media show 'date taken' like it does in the 'Photos' folder?

    Example:

Here it shows date taken in the Photos folder:

I then created a personalised folder in the Files section called 'Old Phone Pics & Vids' and moved everything into it from the Photos folder. But what happens is it doesn't show the large date stamps anymore (unless you right click on the pic for details in the pictures/camera roll folder)

So, like this (looks the same as in the pictures/camera roll folder):

There seems to be no way to create folders when in the Photos page, only when in the Files page. I can create an 'Album' when in the Photos page, but that doesn't show date taken.

And no, these unfortunately don't solve it either

Hmm yeah, seems that way. Thanks ThrashZone, I'll not worry about it then and just keep my pics in that personalised folder, at least, for now. Can always move them all to the photos folder if I want.

    Another way = pretty cumbersome
But you can add a tag or description with the info you really want to see
Then that info will be listed under the image during a pre slide show.
