Windows 7: For Any Users Of Google Photos, Please

For Any Users Of Google Photos, Please

Have uploaded some photos to "Google Photos".
Nice, particularly since unlimited, and free.

But their interface(s) really need improvement. Lots.

Questions, please:

a. I would like to Post questions to their Google Community for Google Photos.
I can get to it fine, lots of other Posts show up there relative to Google Photos questions, but I just cannot figure out how to actually Post a question. Will blame my ignorance on "old age" now.
Can anyone perhaps guide me, exactly thru the steps to get to a place to Post questions ?
I am Registered.

b. I have a Folder, called A
Inside Folder A I have a Folder called B
Inside Folder B are pictures.

When I go to Settings to tell it what to Upload, can I call out, just, Folder A ?
Or, do I have to call out Folder B instead ?

Guess I'm asking how "deep" in a Folder structure will it "look" ?

c. Cannot get it to upload Videos.
Anything special that needs doing ?

Much thanks for help; appreciate it,

Yea hopefully you just exampled the folder names but I get the structure part,
I would imagine you'd need to select the files inside the folder and not the folders you created to be able to upload them
You might even try 1 file at a time to test.

Are you using Google Picasa by chance too ?
