Xilisoft freezing up after opening. Even Viewer calls "App Hang"
I have a video converter that worked flawlessly on every 32-bit system I have over owned from Windows XP to Windows 7, however, 90% (now more like 95%) of the time, when I open the program on a 64-bit Windows 7, the program seems to freeze and not work. When I look in the Event Viewer to see if there is any kind of log about it, I see an "Application Hang" log for that program. This is the output of the log:
