Yes, it says I do not have permission to save to the folder location I select. It then asks if I just want to save it to Pictures. However it still doesn't allow the save there. When I select the "Documents" folder it will save there. This issue first cropped up when I upgraded to Win 10. I have since reverted back to Win 7 as I had way too many issues and decided 7 was better for my system. Sadly this issue migrated back with me.
I have included a picture of the error so you could see what it says. I'm sorry I didn't say as much last night in my original post, but I was extremely tired and out of it. I just want to post before I went off to bed. |

Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
What happens if you click on okay to save to My Pictures ? You can also try using Clean boot, Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup |

ThrashZone - I opened the page for Troubleshooting you supplied, however my msconfig box already looks different before I even did anything. I attached a picture of it so you could see it. I don't want to thoroughly mess up my system, so I thought I had better check with you before continuing.

Hi and thanks,
I would uninstall BitRaider and see how things go Confirm how you're saving files Are you right clicking and using save picture as ? Or another way ? We kind of need to focus on 1 browser at a time I prefer Internet explorer if that's okay ? See what this does, Use No Add-ons mode/ Click the Start button and type in the search box, Internet explorer Click on the suggestion (No Add-ons) or it’s located at, Start/ All programs/ Accessories folder/ System tools folder/ No add-ons. This will work for all versions of ie, Manage add-ons for Internet Explorer - Windows Help Activate EPM if on a 64 bit version of windows, Internet Explorer 10 - Enable 32-bit or 64-bit IE10 in Windows 7 Add the Run box to the Start menu list or use the Winkey+R key Start Menu - Add Run Button Open the Run command and Paste this into it and Okay, "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -extoff |
