    Can not open jpg or png files. OS Windows 10


    Hey, I really hope that someone can help me please? I'm not technical at all i'm afraid!

    I work from home and use the Dropbox cloud system, and for some reason today I am unable to open jpg or png files! Even if I try to open the pictures through my Pictures folder on my desktop, they still won't open. Brings up an error message showing the location of the file and "The app didn't start" with a big red cross.

    I need to get this fixed asap as I use a lot of photo's for work.

    Does anyone have any ideas please??

    P.S. I have tried to upload a picture I took of the error message (jpg) and it won't even upload to this site. It just says Server Error 500

    You can use this free program it has a very good viewer too until you find a fix for the built in app issue,
