    hi whs

many thanks for your very prompt reply.i recently completed a slideshow and saved it as .avi file i used DVD Flick to create ISO file and burned it using Imgburn.the problem is Imgburn could not verify the disc and so it would play on dvd player.can i just mention that one of your very helpful team is checking out a cbs log for me and will get back to me when that is done.i presume that corrupted files would not help my situation with wmm6.thank you in advance for any help you can offer, and thanks for your extremely prompt attention to my question.

    best regards

Did you actually try to play it on a DVD player. If produced with DVD Flick, it should play.

    hi whs

i have been using dvd flick for some time now and also imgburn and never had problems.when i load the dvd i get a message "loading" but after a few seconds i get the message "no disc" which is why i mentioned about the log file.i did a sfc/scannow and found corrupted files and was curious if that was affecting the rendering process.apologies for the confusion but help is always appreciated so thanks again.

One thing you can regarding the corrupted files is a startup/repair.
