    Setup screenshot

    Hi,

I'd like to take screenshots of Setups (i.e. BIOS), but I don't know how.
When the f10 boot-screen is up the usual tools (i.e. Paint) is not available.
    Thanks

    Hi
Depending on the computer connecting a flash drive formatted as device defaults Fat32 and using the F12 key can place a screen shot on the flash drive automatically
It will be a bmp file type but again it does depend on the computer.
Kind of risky seeing as if your bios gets a infection from the device you'd be screwed.

So yea a more straight forward way is photo op time :)
Just turn off the flash first.

    Hi,
It didn't work using F12, so I had to use a camera shot that much weaker quality though.
I made sure the USB was fomatted in Fat32.
Additionally scanned drive for viruses before.
