How to Rotate Upside Down Video

I inadvertently held my iPhone upside down when I made a video. I downloaded it on to my Toshiba Satellite C55 computer with Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. It plays just fine, but it is upside down,

Is there a way to rotate it?

I have tried all the photo editing programs I have and have had no luck. (Photoshop Elements 11, Microsoft Digital Library, Microsoft Office)

Thanks in advance for anything you can tell me.

I found an old posting that said "You may also try Free Video Flip and Rotate Free Video Flip and Rotate: rotate video, flip video!" but my Norton Security told me that the .exe file for that program was unsafe. Suggestions?

If you just want to watch the video the right way up, VLC can rotate

AviDemux can permanently rotate, but it's a recode

despite the name, AviDemux also does mp4, mkv, mpg

    Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
You might see if there is a windows essentials folder on the start menu and all programs list
It will be on the very bottom of the list if it exists

You can also look in uninstall a program and see if it listed there.
Windows essentials 2012 I believe is the latest version
It has Movie maker in it that is capable of rotating a apple video avi file.

    Hi,
Yep if it does not exist just go here and scroll down to select the language
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...ows-essentials

After save the file that is prompting to download
Open the file and use Choose the programs you want to install
I would Uncheck everything except photo gallery and movie maker
Some are not supported anymore like messenger that has been replaced with Skype...

Afterwards you'll end up with a separate listing for each on your start and all programs list
