Incorrect date and time stamp on photos

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows what's going on with my photo dates. I am using my work computer and camera to upload photos to our forum but every time I upload them to the computer from the camera it has the wrong date and time. I have checked and the camera is set correctly and the computer is set correctly so is there some secret second place I don't know about where you have to set the date and time? It is a Canon Power shots SX410 IS Camera and a HP computer using windows 7 professional. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you!

Example, Pictures taken first thing in the morning today 6/16/17 at 8:00am will be time stamped for yesterday 6/15/17 at 3:11am.

I have a Canon SX720, and possibly your camera works the same way. There are 2 time settings. One is your home time. You do not change that one when travelling. There is a second setting for travel. My guess is, if your camera is the same as mine, your home time might be correct, but the camera is set to use the time when travelling. Check your manual.
