Above, he said he wanted to play them using a DVD player.
From what I can see, all the Wondershare video software is available on a subscription basis.

Hi Samuria
The version I use is called Nero 9 Essentials.
The thing is I only burn this kind of DVD occasionally - like once in 10 months or 1 year. So it is not worth paying for it. Unfortunately, Freemake Video Converter is not fee anymore
The Essentials versions are free versions usually installed by a OEM. Their capabilities are determined by the OEM. Unless they paid a fee for them (which is highly doubtful), you won't be able to use the video formats I mentioned. In addition, you won't be able to burn a video type disc unless you already have the project in a structure for that type of disc (such as video_ts folder for a DVD-Video disc).
Nero Vision will provide the ability to rotate photos but I don't think you'll be able to burn your project as a video disc. You can test this by opening Nero Vision and selecting DVD, DVD-Video. Import a .wmv file. Click on Next to get to the menu editing screen. Then click on Next twice to get to the burning screen. Select Write to Hard Drive and specify a location. Click on Burn. If it burns your project and create a Video_TS folder then you can burn that as a DVD-Video disc.
