Can I use KineMaster Video Editor On PC?

Hello Sevenforum People,

I'm the huge fan of Android device. On my device, normally I edit my own videos by using the Green KineMaster application. Now my question is that can I use this app on the Windows PC?

If it's possible then give me the instruction as soon as possible...
