    I find cnet to be a very safe site for downloading software. However, the link I provided doesn't have the download for Windows Live Movie Maker. I think it is part of Windows Live Essentials which you can get here-

    I downloaded it to my Vista system and Norton didn't have a problem with it. I can't run it because one needs Win 7. I'll try it on Win 7 later.

    I installed the above in Win 7 and skipped it's persistent desire to open an account for Live Messenger.

    I then opened Movie Maker from All Programs. I messed with it a little and I think it does what you want, assuming your audio is music. You can only save a project as wlmp but you can publish it directly YouTube, as well as other sites. I didn't try it.
