I have NERO installed, but it gives me problems because it stops working every so often. They gave me this program with its corresponding numbering but it doesn't work well on my computer. I would like if it is possible they would send me a NERO that is compatible with windows 7.

If it truly is a Windows 7 incompatibility, then try this version. Download Nero 10.6.10600 for Windows - OldVersion.com
What are you using Nero for? There might be better alternatives.
