Icons disappearing all over the place

i dont have any desktop icons, but quiet a bit of my icons are disappearing and being replaced with the missing icon icon, in the start menu and in the taskbar, they still work i mean its not like the icon cant be found i didnt move them at all they just started doing this, this is a brand new install of x64 w7 enterprise, if it helps at all i didnt use any sort of cracks i have a serial, and i do use custom themes so those 3 files are patched

um.... ya it just kinda quit, it got to 100 % but it just disappeared is there some type of log file for it or is this normal?

ok i ran it but when it finished it didnt do anything so im assuming that means no errors?

never mind i got the results lol, it was just the theming files that i replaced does anyone know if those themeing services would be the cause of all of this?, i really like alot of these custom themes
