    Media Player won't play DVDs

I just built a new home theater PC and installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit on a new, empty hard drive. The Windows 7 came from the Microsoft Store three weeks ago. When I try to play a DVD rented from Blockbuster or purchased from my local store, the following message appears:

"Windows Media Player cannot play this DVD because there is a problem with digital copy protection between your DVD drive, decoder, and video card. Try installing an updated driver for your video card."

My new PC has the latest drivers because I just built it and downloaded all of the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website to get it up and running. I tried using DVI and RGB connections to an LCD display with the same result. However DVDs play fine in Windows Media Center.

Do you have any suggestions about how to fix this problem? My hardware setup appears below. Thanks!
