You can't get it like iTunes but you can get it close-
On the top left of the window, click organise.
Sort by.

That's all i can find.

Click on Library > right click 'Music' (open) > right click 'all music' (open). The list will be in alphabetical order by Artist.
That's not by song tho'

Oh, when he said it was automatically sorted into albums standard, i thought it must have been the same as mine, and already had the 'all music' option selected

WMP 12 is another animal!

Thought I'd clarify some of the commands and menus for WMP12 Libraries cause they are structured differently from previous versions, and I need somewhere to find the information next time I forget.....
  • Organize--Manage Libraries--- is used to record the folders WMP will keep track of in the Libraries
  • Tools--Options--Rip Music--Rip Music to this location (select a folder)----- well it does what it says
  • Tools--Advanced--Restore Media Library---- rewrites the library using information from folders in Organize--Manage Libraries-- folders (use this if you change the folders being monitored or move files around, and if you discover items in the library that cannot be found)
  • Tools--Advanced--Restore Deleted Items---- restores items removed from the library but not deleted from the folders
Hope you can use this information to coordinate what you want to accomplish.

It's a bizzare issue, and I have no clue what the hell is going on. Basically, I start a song and WMP jumps through my whole entire library in mere seconds. I don't know what's causing this. I'm assuming it's one of my drivers. Can anybody help? Thanks!
