Best Video Player?
What's the best video player to use for Seven that supports most formats?
I have many RM videos and Real Player can play them but the thumbnails don't show like they do for WMV files.
Thanks

If you installed the Windows 7 Codecs you could play those RM's in the Windows Players and they would also be thumbed in Windows Explorer views and within the players too. Only thing is, you would have to stop using Real Player, in fact, you'd have to uninstall it before installing the codecs.

download klite codec pack. it comes with media center classic.
Check out Windows Live Media Player, here is more information about supported files: File types supported by Windows Media Center.

It really is up to you- choose a player that better fits your needs or convert them. Unfortunately you are correct, .flv files aren't supported!

Normally I much prefer to use the Windows functions, but there are exceptions where you have to settle for something else. And I will not put codecs on any of my systems. Learn more from here.
