I cant fix wmp

    I cant fix wmp


    I have tried to change my wmp12 by wmp11. Then because of the results i wanna come back to wmp12. I have tried to reinstall it, but i get some errors.


    When i execute the x86 version shows me the reinstall error
    I cant fix wmp-9vjp7q.jpg

    And with the x64 version shows me a wmp without text
    I cant fix wmp-2md1kja.jpg

    I have tried to fix it with FixWin, FixWMP, and un/install from "Turn Windows features on or off". Help

    First, go to start, type cmd, on the icon right click, run as administrator, when opened type sfc/ scannow hit enter
    if that doesn't solve your problem,
    System Restore
    Repair Install

    Hello Welcome to SF,

    If you have created a restore point do a System restore otherwise Grimmjow option would be the best way to fix it

    yeah i have tried the sfc and didnt work , i dont wanna use System Restore, but if that is the only solution, i think i gonna have to use it. Thanks anyway

    I wish there is a better way around this but when ever we do something our OS doesn't support in a proper way a try to hack it most of the times it end up in a mess. If you need anymore assistance post us back

    Did you fix this? You can try to re-install WMP, it is downloadable for systems that came without media player Download details: Media Feature Pack
