Handbrake Query Parcer Error: Need Help

I got Handbrake because I had a problem burning on my DVD-R/Ws. And when I started it, for TV episodes, it worked out perfectly, but once I got to episode 35//50, it didn't do the widescreen format I wanted, and then at 42/50, it said the the Query Parser encountered an error. And I got this:

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

Now, I skipped and it did do 43, and that did do it. Besides, I think I have to redo a few as the screen size didn't go through. But the thing is this: my Handbrake isn't working and I need help in fixing it. I don't know if anyone knows about Handbrake, but I'm giving this a shot in asking here.

Also, because of what Handbrake does, and I think I know there are others that does tyhe samre thing. But, I don't know what they are or if they are good or better than Handbrake.

So, is there anyone out there who knows how to help me on getting Handbrake working again, or know something else that might be better to have than that?
