Blur Pic - HELP!!!

    Blur Pic - HELP!!!


    erm after i installed windows 7 32-bit on my laptop (DELL)... when i am in game or sometimes in the desktop or in the browser the pic suddenly bcome blur....
    Somehow when i try to print screen it... and when i paste it it bcame clear...

    We need much more information. what computer how much ram, what video card, etc

    erm hey i changed my comp to 64-bit and it still has the same problem, anyway to fix it? here is 1 of the screenshot which i took

    i got the link from the forum which is the older version of my video adapter which is Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family so i think they shud know lah cause i got in the forum and other ppl may have different video adapter
