.flv files can't be seen via explorer detail screen

    .flv files can't be seen via explorer detail screen


    some of my .flv files show thumbnail some not. 90% from youtube.
    some are just numbers and others are file names understandable.

Annoying detail box
in Browsers & Mail

Using Windows Live Mail, when I open the first message (not always but sometimes) I get a small box with details of that message. It stays on the screen for about 3 seconds and then disappears. Anyone know how to eliminate it from coming up. thanks sharkman
