    force .m4a association ?!


    Hello,

    Can someone explain to me why am I unable to open my .m4a file directly in winamp and why WMP always ends up handling those ? (see attached file)

    because M4A is a native Windows 7 format although it many contain a codec Windows does not handle on its own, ALAC, which would require the proper codecs installed for playback in the Windows players.
