    Thanks a bunch. This one worked. I made few mistakes, but it got the job done. The mistakes were when I was using media monkey and thought there were too many duplicates when in reality they were different files with the same name. So I accidentally deleted some of my album songs. That was my own fault though.

    You tried SharePod? I used that a while ago for my touch - worked like a charm and can import straight to iTunes
