After re-reading your post,,, "I need good video editing software that can cut objects out of the video frame" -

Which I read as,, cutting specific objects out of a single frame or series of frames.
Not splicing.

Then you are looking for something far more advanced such as Adobe After Effects, I think.
You may not ahve much choice but to upgrade to 64bit.
