Looking for a realtime screen recorder for windows 7

I am looking for a program that will allow real time without frame drops capturing of my screen up to 1900x1200 resolution. I want to capture this for use on Youtube video tutorial etc where the compression won't distort the text and add lag to the videos.

Running windows 7 x64 as well

Some of this will be used for games as well hence the need for real time so everyone does not see jumppy videos.

Thanks in advance!
