Playing 4k videos

I downloaded 4k movie from YouTube but its not working in WMP or Jet Audio. And even lagging in PowerDVD. Any special codecs for 4k or player?

As far as I know, this recently released format is native only for YouTube videos.. Hopefully it will be available for other players soon...
