I recently wanted to know how to create a home-group, but i found out that i can't because someone made a home-group already. Nobody in my house made one. The creator, "ESC from ESC-PC", probably got onto my network when my family left the internet unprotected (no password) for a period of time. Is there a way to reset the home-group so then I can make one for my family?
Leaving the Homegroup they created might help. Although it seems like you would need to join the Homegroup in order to leave it which requires that you enter a password.
I would make a password for your wireless connection first.

Problem is that person made a password for the home-group & i don't know it. I never got into my home-group.
Is the home group actually on one of the computers? All you have to do is go to Homegroup in Control Panel and hit Leave Homegroup. No password should be needed. Make sure to check all computers in the house. It really shouldn't be hard at all. Are you sure your computers are even set up to be in a Home Group. You might just need to go to Homegroup in Explorer and hit Create Homegroup.
I don't have a computer that has the home-group connected to it. Someone else made it so i don't have the password. & i can't make a new home-group because that person made one before i could.
I think someone is stealing your internet based on what you describe. Open explorer and go to Network to see if there is a computer you don't recognize as one of your own. You can also go to Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center, and click See Full Map. If you never set one up yourself and there is no option to leave a group on any of your computers someone has connected to your network and set one up. If you network is unsecured, you need to set up a passkey to make it harder for others to connect to it. If it is already password protected, we can explore other ways to make it more secure.
