RDP to windows 7 laptop...

Hello,
I have a windows 7 laptop, which i want to connect to remotely, i know this can be done as i did it on my old laptop... I have been trying to set it up on my new laptop and it have done everything but in the computer properties i only have remote assistance option and not the remote access option, why is this and how to i fix it?

teamviewer is ok but i use the normal and more secure rdp of windows 7/vista/xp i need to find a way to enable remote access on this laptop
