    Problem connecting with ftp / website


    Hello,

    First of all, this is a weird problem and I am not sure where to post this.
    I have been using Filezilla (an ftp program) for years and never had a single problem.

    I was moving files around from a gameserver to a web server and all of a sudden I got the following error: "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".

    I then checked the website and the website wasn't reachable.
    My other friends can connect to it just fine.

    I have checked my host file (in windows/system32/drivers/etc) but the webaddress isn't in there either.

    I am lost ..
    I have tried multiple browsers and I also tried turning off my firewall yet no result.
    Also please note other websites work just fine ( like this one :) )

    Anyone here who can help me?

    hello,

    It's working again
    I think the problem had to do with some dns servers.
