Windows 7: Not connecting wirelessly

Oh yes homegroup. I don't use that because I have 3xp computers still on my small home network and I like to keep them all networked to share files with each other. Homegroup only works with windows 7.

That leads me to another question.

If I get another machine running Win 7, will I be able to network them all? Will I have to use Mshome/Homegroup or both?
How does that work?

Win7 Enterprise, Win7 x86 (Ult 7600), Win7 x64 Ult 7600, TechNet RTM on AMD x64 (2.8Ghz)

If you use a business type workgroup NOT Homegroup you can network win7, Vista, XP, etc computers
