    Network bridge not working

Hi, I'm trying to bridge my wireless and wired network connections from my Win 7 machine to a fresh install of Windows XP on another machine. Upon setting up the bridge, I plugged in the cables and enabled the wired connection on the second machine. However, the connection just wouldn't work. I know this second machine can work with a bridged connection, as I tried connecting it to another bridged connection with another Win XP machine, and that worked. I need to know if anyone has any idea what I'm doing wrong, because this is very frustrating.

What exactly have you done, step by step? Are you following instructions? If so, please provide a link.

    Re: Network bridge not working

I simply went to the network and sharing center, clicked "Change adapter settings" to get to the listing of network connections, enabled my wired connection, selected it and my wireless, right clicked, and clicked bridge connections. I wasn't following instructions, I've done this several times before, but on Windows XP.
