Windows 7 build 7264 x64

Im having a similar problem, but only with the UDP ports, in Windows 7 build 7264.
with RC 7100 was fine.
Window's firewall is offline ( disabled in services )
and I have properly configured my comodo firewall to allow azureus, so.. whats going on?
like I said, was fine in RC 7100 D:

Which Azureus AppData files should I back up? I am planning to reformat my computer but I have some downloads still incomplete and going on in Vuze. I renamed some of the files and after the backup and reformat, I would like to avoid having to manually rename all those files inside Vuze again....
