    POP Server

My ISP is Verizon FIOS and my situation is the following.

I had a Email sub-account on Verizon which I recently deleted. When this account was active I had the POP feature activated and forwarded mail to my msn.com account.

Since I deleted this VZ sub-account a pop-up keeps appearing on my laptop screen telling me to signin to a "incoming verizon.net server " for this deleted account.

This popup appears to come from W7 but I don't know how to stop it. I checked my verizon setup for POP and my primary account has it inactive. This is the only Email account I use from the ISP since I deleted all sub-accounts.

    Your thought please.

    Thanks

What email program are you using? Make sure you delete the account (the one you no longer want) from that program as well as from Verizon.

Enigma, depending on your settings your old account may still be active. If you are forgoing outlook and are using windows live/mail remove the old account on the left side of the pane.
