how make xp and 7 share the same my documents on a single partition?

Hi, I have a new notebook arriving this week that has a 500gb hdd storage capacity. I would like to dual boot Windows 7 and XP on that notebook and the kind of setup I would like to do is this:

C: 50gb (Partition for Windows 7 Operating System)

D: 50gb (Partition for Windows XP Operating System)

E: 100gb (Windows 7 and Windows XP's "My Documents" folder redirected to this partition)

F: 100gb (Game Folder) (Games and other big programs will be installed on this partition)

G: 200gb (Backup and page file partition)


Is this setup doable / possible, especially on the part where the my documents path will be the same for both xp and 7? If so, won't there be any confllict and is there any additional step that i need to do other than right clicking my documents on both OS and redirecting it to the same partition of the drive which is E:. Any comments, help, suggestion would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

So would I need to do it one by one for each folder inside "my documents" instead of moving the whole "my documents" folder itself?

Lets say I've installed XP first and redirected its whole "my documents" folder on drive e: and then installed windows 7 later to dual boot with XP, after that will I need to redirect each folder inside windows 7's "my documents" one by one to match with XP's folders inside its "my documents" or can I do it by just moving the whole "my documents" and it would automatically match with XP's folders inside it??? .

Better yet, maybe I'll try it first and ask questions later.

And by the way, what do you think about my partitioning? Is it ok at that or do you have any expert advice on partitioning a 500gb drive that would be utilized for two operating system.
