Have you tried to unpin it then pin it again?

I had that happen when I pinned a "shortcut" -- I think it created a shortcut to the shortcut. So I pinned the original program instead (from within the 'Program Files (x86)' folder). No more problem.

I think looking at the error message that it's trying to locate the icon in program files instead of program files (x86).

The icon location should look like this. C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe
