Cannot connect to servers but still have internet

I have a problem connecting to servers such as itunes and some antispyware servers and steam or update my computer

i have no idea what the problem is i am connected to the internet i can go on google youtube or whatever website i just want to be able to update my stuff on my computer is there anyway to fix this problem?

I would start by running a comprehensive anti virus scan. Then we can address the networking issues

all my antivirus spyware malware is all clean its just the internet that is the problem

Hi there, What browser do you use? Have you tried this in Safemode with Networking to see if it does the same thing? Whats your current internet setup? :)

im using firefox and i have not tried using safe mode i will try that by cannot connect to servers i mean like itunes store steam store cant find updating servers and cannot download windows updates either
