[SOLVED] Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service

So, I just decided to switch to 7. I had to use ps3 media server before on xp (my primary choice of OS) for my network which was fantastic to say the least, however I also have an xbox. ps3 media server doesn't stream music correctly yet and I wanna listen to my damn music! cause I've got 5.1 surround!

Anyways! on with my problem. I prefer to use the administrator account ONLY, so I created a dummy user named "user" just to let me past the setup, then I soon after deleted that user and moved in to administrator. Now when I stream using wmpnss, both the administrator and the account "user" appear in the device selection on both my ps3 and my xbox 360 I want the account "user" to not show up anymore on my devices because its useless and it just doesn't look right to me. Just seeing it every time reminds me of this little bug and it bugs me!

    Delete the folder!

Figured it out shortly after just in case anyone should somehow run in to this problem again

All you have to do to remove a user from the list of shares in wmpnss on your device is:

DELETE LEFT OVER FOLDER FROM "C:\USERS" FROM THE DELETED USER
(in my case the folder is "User")

*if you cant remove that folder, try booting into safe mode and deleting it from there*
