Windows 7 and 3G connection

Hello all
first of all, sorry for my english as it's not my first language.

I have a 3G connection, and I use a Huawei E156 USB modem.
It works perfectly on Windows XP and Vista Ultimate, but not on 7.

In the ISP program that I use to connect, I have the option of choosing between GSM (2,5G) or WCDMA (3G) band.
When I connect using GSM (EDGE), at 200 - 300 kps speeds, it works great on Windows 7. No problems at all.

But when I connect on 3G, when the speed would normally be 1 - 1.2 mbs (on XP and Vista), on Windows 7 its REALLY slow, slower than GSM, like 100kps at maximum. That said, the WCDMA/HSDPA signal keeps failing, goes from 5 bars (90%) to none in no time, and then I have to disconnect the USB modem or close and re-open de program I use to connect to the internet.

Anyone have a clue?
I downloaded and installed the x64 7100RC version.
Thanks.

I wouldn't even use the software until it gets better support, I'd use the Network & Sharing center to set it up for 3G Via PPP dial-up connection.
Not sure what carrier your're using tho.

I can't connect without using the software because of the modem (E156) =/
