Multiple Network | Big ping conection

Good. How are you? I hope well, well my problem is that since it appeared a few days of "Multiple Networks" And it gives me problems with my connection ping as ranges online game, and this gives me high ping.

Well I want to tell me how to remove it from Unidentified Network

If you can type ipconfig /all into your command prompt and post the results here it would be most helpful.
