Can the network password be changed

I would like to change the network password that exists. How do I do this?

the password located on the server? only the network admin can do this.

Please have a look at these guidelines. Without sufficient details pertinent to your situation, we have no idea where to begin trying to help. Just as you can not solve an algebra equation with too many unknowns, we can not solve your issue with too many unknowns.
